What you will achieve

Shorter boot times by trimming startup bloat — measure before and after.

1) Trim startup apps

  1. Open Task Manager → Startup apps.
  2. Sort by Startup impact and disable high-impact non-essential apps.

2) Disable unnecessary background launchers

In each app (Teams, Adobe, Discord, etc.), turn off Start with Windows.

3) Measure improvement

Compare boot time in Task Manager → Startup apps → Last BIOS time before and after changes.
